冬病夏治穴位敷贴联合中药治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合中药治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)的疗效。方法选取新疆医科大学附属中医医院儿科2016年1月-2019年4月收治的115例反复呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,随机分配法分为观察组(n=57)和对照组(n=58),对照组给予常规中药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予冬病夏治穴位敷贴治疗,连续治疗2个月,治疗后对所有患儿均定期随访3个月。比较两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效,体液免疫相关指标IgG、IgA、IgM及细胞免疫相关指标CD4^+、CD3^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平的变化,统计随访期间患儿临床症状的情况。结果与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后患儿血清中CD3^+、CD4^+水平和CD4^+/CD8^+值均升高,IgA、IgM和IgG水平均升高,IL-1β、IL-6水平均降低,患儿发热、咳嗽、扁桃体肿大和肺部啰音症状持续时间均缩短,治疗后总有效率升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位敷贴联合中药能够改善RRTI患儿细胞与体液免疫水平,减轻炎症反应程度,提升疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of children with recurrent respiratory infections(RRTI).Methods A total of 115 cases of children with RRTI admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2016 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=57)and control group(n=58).The control group was given conventional Chinese medicine treatment,while the observation group was given acupoint application for winter disease treating in summer on the basis of the control group.After the treatment,all children were treated for 2 months and followed up for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,humoral immunity related indexes IgG,IgA,IgM and cell immunity related indexes CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+were compared between the two groups after the treatment,and the clinical symptoms of the children during the follow-up period were statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the control group after the treatment,the serum levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were increased,the levels of IgA,IgM and IgG were increased,the levels of IL-1βand IL-6 were decreased,the duration of fever,cough,tonsillar enlargement and pulmonary rales were shortened,and the total effective rate was increased after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application for winter disease treating in summer combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the level of cellular and humoral immunity in children with RRTI,reduce the degree of inflammation,and enhance the efficacy.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
