硫辛酸联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的对比单用硫酸锌和硫酸锌联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的治疗效果。方法选取2019-01—2020-06周口市人民医院2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者78例,依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组39例患者单用硫辛酸治疗,观察组39例患者采用硫辛酸联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗。对比2组患者治疗前后临床总有效率和不良反应发生率,同时比较2组患者治疗前后血糖和运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度。结果正中神经和腓总神经的运动神经传导速度及感觉神经传导速度组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),2组患者不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论硫辛酸联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的效果优于单用硫酸锌,有助于患者血糖控制,且可以加快神经传导速度,效果确切。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of zinc sulfate and zinc sulfate complicated with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Seventy-eight patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as observation objects.They were grouped according to the order in which the patients were enrolled.Single numbers were divided into control groups,and double numbers were divided into observation groups.39 patients in the control group were treated with lipoic acid alone,and 39 patients in the observation group were treated with lipoic acid complicated with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets.The total clinical effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.At the same time,the changes in blood glucose,motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment,before treatment,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,the median nerve and common peroneal There was no significant difference in neurological MNCV and SNCV levels between groups(P>0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of lipoic acid complicated with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy is better than that of zinc sulfate alone,which helps patients to control blood sugar and promotes nerve conduction velocity.The effect is accurate.
