一种头部保护装置预防脑瘫患儿跌倒损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察一种头部保护装置对预防脑瘫患儿跌倒损伤的影响。方法采用随机对照方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院康复医学科住院的脑瘫患儿100例,将受试者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组行常规预防跌倒护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上给予一种头部保护装置预防跌倒伤及头部,对2组患儿跌倒头部损伤程度等进行评估并作统计学分析。结果2组患儿跌倒次数无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组患儿跌倒损伤头部伤程度明显低于对照组(χ^2=23.075,P=0.000),治疗效果明显高于对照组(χ^2=26.154,P=0.000)。结论一种头部保护装置可有效减轻脑瘫患儿跌倒的损伤程度,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of a head protection device on the prevention of fall injury in children with cerebral palsy.Methods 100 children with cerebral palsy who were hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were randomly selected.The subjects were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures to prevent falls.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given a head protection device to prevent falls and head injury.The degree of head injury in the two groups was evaluated and statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the number of falls between the two groups(P>0.05).The degree of head injury in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^2=23.075,P=0.000),and the therapeutic effect was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^2=26.154,P=0.000).Conclusion A head protection device can effectively reduce the degree of fall injury in children with cerebral palsy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
