摘　　要：目的探究基于Munro量表的分级护理干预方案在围手术期压力性溃疡预防中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选取2019年8月至2020年1月手术患者506例作为试验组(实际有效样本500例),试验组采用Munro量表对围手术期患者的压力性溃疡风险进行评估,并基于风险分级采取分级护理预防措施。选取2019年1—7月手术患者600例作为对照组,采取常规预防措施。观察2组患者压力性溃疡发生率、压红的恢复时间、患者满意度等指标。结果试验组压力性溃疡的发生率为0.20%(1/500),对照组为0.33%(2/600),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组压红的恢复时间为(36.10±11.94)min,对照组为(41.70±11.26)min,2组比较差异有统计学意义(t值为7.99,P<0.01)。结论基于Munro量表评估的分级护理干预方案在预防压力性溃疡方面具有显著效果。Objective To explore the application of grading nursing intervention program based on Munro scale for assessment in perioperative pressure injury prevention.Method Convenience sampling method was used to extract the research object,the perioperative risk assessment was conducted with Munro scale,and grading nursing prevention measures based on the risk classification was performed in experimental group between Aug 2019 and Jan 2020,routine treatment in control group between Jan 2019 and Jul 2019.The incidence of pressure ulcers,recovery time of pressure red,patient satisfaction were observed.Results The incidence of stress injury was 0.20%in the experimental group and 0.33%in the control group,without significant differences between the two groups.The red recovery time was(36.10±11.94)min in the experimental group and(41.70±11.26)min in the control group,with significant differences between the two groups(t=7.99,P<0.01).Conclusion The graded nursing intervention scheme based on Munro scale has significant effect on the prevention of stress injury.
