摘  要:泡沫玻璃是一种多孔节能环保材料,但抗压强度较低(0.5MPa≤σ≤0.8MPa),这是制约其工程质量的主要问题。以石英砂掺量、碳酸钙掺量、硼砂掺量、发泡温度和保温时间为主要因素,设计5因素多水平的正交试验,制备了保温性能达标(λ<0.06W·m^-1·K^-1),抗压强度σ达2.16MPa的泡沫玻璃。根据方差分析和极差分析结果显示的各因素对泡沫玻璃热力学性能影响的显著性程度,提出了气孔结构和性能的调控方法。根据泡沫玻璃的形貌分析结果和热力学性能理论模型提出了气孔调控的方向。Foam glass is a kind of porous energy saving and environmental protection material, but its low compressive strength (0.5 MPa≤ σ ≤0.8 MPa) is the main problem that restricts its quality. Taking the amount of quartz sand, calcium carbonate content, borax content, foaming temperature and holding time as the main factors, the orthogonal test of 5 factors and multi levels was designed to prepare foam glass with heat preservation performance up to standard ( λ <0.06 W·m^-1`K^-1 ) and compressive strength ( σ =2.16 MPa). The results of variance analysis and range analysis show the significance and degree of the influence of various factors on the thermodynamic properties of foam glass. Based on the results of variance analysis, the regulation methods of pore structure and properties are proposed. The direction of pore control is put forward based on the analysis of the morphology of foam glass and the theoretical model of thermodynamic performance.
