摘 要:通过对现存光伏压延玻璃窑炉卡脖及通路温度的测定,以及对玻璃液经过卡脖的温降情况分析,指出在卡脖与通路交界处下游9000mm范围内的池壁选用电熔锆刚玉砖,其它池壁选用电熔α-β刚玉砖的配置方式。通过这2种砖材的优化配置,达到灵活适应各种厚度玻璃的生产操作。针对已经投产的窑炉,可以通过不同手段调整温度制度,既能减少耐火材料的侵蚀,又能保证良好的玻璃质量。Through the measurement of the temperature of the neck and channel area of the existing furnace and the analysis of the temperature drop of the glass melt between the neck and channel areas the author points out that fused cast AZS blocks can be used from the junction area of the neck and channel downstream to 9000 mm,and fused cast α-β-alumina blocks can be used for the other parts of the channel area.By using the optimized configuration of the two kinds of blocks the flexible adaptation for various thickness glass production operations could be expected.Through adjusting temperature regime of the furnace it can be expected that the corrosion of the refractory blocks could be reduced and also the glass quality would be improved.
