摘 要:简要阐述了近红外线测量物料水分的原理和方法,着重介绍红外水分测量仪的构造特点、安装及使用方法、使用注意事项。通过红外水分测量仪在线检测玻璃生产中所用石英砂的水分,把测出的水分实时引入到自动配料程序中计算称量。实践验证,红外水分测量仪在线检测石英砂水分是可行的,其对提高玻璃成份的准确性、稳定性起到较大的作用。The principle and method of material moisture measurement by using near infrared technique were briefly described in the present paper.The structure,installation,instruction and caution in use of the infrared moisture tester were also introduced.The moisture content of silica sand measured by the on-line infrared moisture tester is input into the dosing program in real time to calculate the correct weight of required silica sand.The practical results proved that it is feasible to measure the moisture content of online silica sand by infrared moisture tester,which plays a significant role in improvement of the accuracy and stability of glass composition.
