摘 要:为评价桥梁冲孔桩施工中冲锤冲击对沿线土窑洞稳定性的影响,通过TC-4850测振仪对垂直于邻近住户房屋的地面振动范围内的三条测线,在冲击钻机运行过程中的振动特性进行了现场测试。分析数据得出桥梁冲孔桩在冲锤正常运行时,其振速沿测线方向衰减很快,在距离冲锤15m处的测点振速就已满足《爆破安全规程》相关要求,这表明该工程的冲击振动对临近土窑洞的影响属于正常允许范围。此外,文中针对该工程桥梁冲孔桩施工中邻近土窑洞出现裂缝这一现状,提出了有关窑居加固的建议,进一步提高窑居的抗振性能。To evaluate the effects of punch hammer on stability of adjacent cave dwelling during construction of bridge punch pile,Related test on the vibration performance of the three measuring lines within the vibration range of the ground which is perpendicular to adjacent residential house during percussion drill working process via the TC-4850 vibration meter.It can be concluded from the test that the vibration velocity of bridge punch pile attenuates rapidly along the direction of the survey line when punch hammer works normally;the vibration velocity has met related requirements of the Blasting Safety Regulations at a measuring point 15 m away from the punch hammer,showing that the impacts of the bridge engineering on the adjacent cave dwellings are within the normally permitted range.In addition,as to the current situation that cracks appear in the adjacent cave dwelling during the construction of the bridge punch piles,this paper also puts forward related suggestions of reinforcing the cave dwelling,which can further improve its anti-vibration performance.
