摘 要:房屋修建或使用过程中出现开裂、倾斜的现象已屡见不鲜。文中以某行政楼为例,为明确其产生倾斜的原因并选择适合的处理方案,首先对其进行检测鉴定及倾斜原因分析,然后根据检测鉴定结果提出采用桩基础托换筏板基础的处理方案。结果表明托换处理后的建筑物完全满足安全使用要求,因此该处理方案能够为此类工程项目提供一种切实可行的解决方法,文中将对处理过程进行介绍,为类似工程提供借鉴。The phenomenon of cracking ang tilting in the process of building or using has become common.Taking an administrative building for example,the paper takes following measures to find out the reason of inclination and select the appropriate treatment scheme.Firstly,it was detected and identified the cause of tilt.Then,according to the test and appraisal results,the paper put forward the treatment scheme of underpinning raft foundation with pile foundation.The results show that the building after underpinning can fully meet the requirements of safe use.Therefore,the treatment scheme can provide a practical solution for such projects.Now the paper introduces the above process for reference.
