摘  要:为了对径流式小水电出力不确定及其配电网负荷变化等情形带来的电能质量问题进行综合治理,分析了小水电接入配电网的运行特性,提出了一种基于电感-电容-电感(LCL)型静止同步补偿装置(D-STATCOM)的准比例谐振(QPR)分相控制策略.利用频率特性分析证明了QPR相对比例积分(PI)、比例谐振(PR)控制方法可以实现对各个频段的无静差调节,研究了QPR控制器参数对系统稳定性的影响,优化设计了控制器谐振带系数、比例系数和谐振增益系数等参数.最后,在Matlab/Simulink建立了含有小水电并网系统的仿真模型,同时将本系统与传统并补装置下的补偿电流谐波进行分析.结果表明:所提控制策略和参数优化不仅能够快速有效地抑制电压波动,总畸变抑制率为1.11%,而且能降低并联补偿设备向系统注入的谐波,动态地保证配电网的电能质量,能较好地适应小水电的运行特性.In order to comprehensively manage the power quality problems caused by the uncertainties of the output of small hydropower and the changes in the load on the distribution network,a quasi-PR(QPR)phase-splitting control strategy was proposed based on LCL static reactive power compensation device(D-STATCOM).The frequency characteristics analysis proved that the quasi-PR relative to the proportional integral(PI)and proportion resonant(PR)control methods can achieve non-error adjustment in various frequency bands.And the controller’s resonance band coefficient,proportional coefficient,and resonance gain coefficient were optimized.Finally,a simulation model containing a small hydropower grid-connected system was established in Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy and parameter optimization can not only effectively suppress voltage fluctuations,but also reduce the harmonics injected into the system by the parallel compensation equipment.
