摘 要:目的明确藏菖蒲挥发油对多房棘球蚴的体外杀伤活性。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法制备藏菖蒲挥发油。以不同浓度的挥发油与原头蚴共培养,观察藏菖蒲挥发油对原头蚴的活力、死亡率及形态的影响。结果浓度为10 mg/mL的藏菖蒲挥发油致原头蚴活力下降、形态特征模糊、活动性消失。浓度为1.25 mg/mL的藏菖蒲挥发油作用5 h后致原头蚴死亡,死亡率达94.1%。电镜扫描死亡原头蚴示:形态变化显著,形态皱缩,体表凹凸不平,体表微绒毛消失。结论藏菖蒲挥发油在体外对多房棘球蚴具有较强的杀伤活性。Objective To identify the lethal activity of essential oil from Acorus calamus L.against protocercaria(Echinococcus multilocularis)in vitro.Methods The essential oil from A.calamus L.was prepared by steam distillation.The protocercaria were co-cultured with essential oil at different concentrations in vitro,and the motility,mortality and structural changes of protocercaria were observed.Results After co-culture of essential oil from A.calamus L.with a concentration of 10 mg/mL in vitro,the motility of protoscoleces decreased and further disappeared,morphological characteristics of protoscoleces were blurred.The mortality rate of protocercaria was 94.1% after co-culture with essential oil at a concentration of 1.25 mg/mL for 5 h.Scanning electron microscope results showed that microvilli on protocercaria surface were disappeared,and the shape of protocercaria was shrunken and uneven.Conclusion Essential oil from A.calamus L.has stronger effect against protocercaria in vitro.
