委属委管医院“互联网+”及健康医疗大数据应用现状分析与思考

摘　　要：目的:研究国家卫生健康委属委管医院"互联网+"及健康医疗大数据应用现状并提出相关思考建议。方法:采用统计分析法对委属委管医院"互联网+"及健康医疗大数据应用情况进行描述性分析。结果:所调查委属委管医院100%开展了"互联网+"相关服务、96%开展了健康医疗大数据应用,在医院管理、医疗和患者服务方面开展了相应的应用,影响健康医疗大数据应用的主要因素为标准、医疗数据安全及数据共享障碍。结论:应进一步提高健康医疗大数据质量,从医疗、患者服务、管理等方面加深"互联网+"及健康医疗大数据服务利用,健全数据治理体系建设。Objective:To study the application status of"Internet+"and healthcare big data in the National Health Commission delivered hospitals,and put forward relevant suggestions.Methods:Statistical analysis was used to make a descriptive analysis of the application status of"Internet+"and healthcare big data.Results:100%of the investigation national health commission delivered hospitals launched the related"Internet+"services,and 96%launched the application of healthcare big data.Healthcare big data has been applied in hospital management,medical treatment and patient service.The main factors affecting the application of healthcare big data are standards,medical data security and data sharing obstacles.Conclusion:We should improve the quality of healthcare big data further,and deepen the utilization of"Internet+"and healthcare big data services from medical treatment,patient services and management,and improve the construction of data governance system.
