摘　　要：目的:探究基于信息化管理的优质护理服务模式在儿科护理管理中的实际应用效果,并分析其对提高患儿治疗依从性和改善护患关系的作用。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月我院收治的120例患儿,将2017年1—12月未接受信息化管理的60例患儿作为对照组,2018年1—12月开始接受信息化管理的60例患儿作为干预组,观察两组患儿的治疗依从性及对护理服务的满意度。结果:干预组的治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组的等候时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);干预组家属对入院接待、巡视病房、健康教育、响铃应答及按时治疗服务的满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于信息化管理的优质护理服务模式在儿科护理管理中的应用效果显著,既可提高患儿的治疗依从性,又可促进护患关系和谐,整体提升儿科护理服务质量,可在儿科护理管理中加强应用。Objective:To explore the practical application effect of the high-quality nursing service mode based on information management in the pediatric nursing management,and analyze its effect on improving children’s treatment compliance and the relationship between nurse and patient.Methods:120 children admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.60 children who did not receive the information management from January 2017 to December 2017 were included in the control group,and 60 children who began to receive the information management from January 2018 to December 2018 were included in the intervention group.The treatment compliance and nursing service satisfaction of the two groups of children were observed.Results:The treatment compliance of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the waiting time of the intervention group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction scores of family members in the intervention group for admission reception,ward round,health education,ringing response and timely treatment service were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of the high-quality nursing service mode based on information management in pediatric nursing management was significant.It could not only improve the treatment compliance of children,but also promote the harmonious relationship between nurse and patient and improve the overall quality of pediatric nursing service.It should be used more in the pediatric nursing management.
