摘　　要：生物样本库拥有海量样本与数据,讨论如何建立以"管理规范化、质量标准化、信息电子化、资源共享化"为目标的高质量、体系规范完整的信息化生物样本库,提升样本库与科研服务管理的水平。根据上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院生物样本库共享平台设计和开发的经验,在分析日常业务流程的基础上,提出与之相适应的信息系统管理框架,最后提出平台建设过程中应注意的问题。建设样本资源共享平台的难点在于需要与院内主要业务系统实现互联互通,同时,数据的采集方式需要符合国际标准且兼顾数据安全。建立面向特定病种的单病种数据仓库,精准定位样本,服务科研。The biobank has massive samples and data.This paper discusses how to establish a high-quality,systematic and complete information biobank with the goals of"standardized management,standardized quality,electronic information,and shared resources"to improve the level of sample database and scientific research service management.Based on the experience of design and development of the biobank sharing platform in Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital,our paper puts forward the information system management framework which is suitable for the analysis of daily business processes,together with the problems worth considering during biobank construction.The difficulty in building a sample resource sharing platform lies in the need to achieve interconnection and interoperability with the main business systems in the hospital.At the same time,the data collection method needs to comply with international standards and take into account data security.Establish a single disease data warehouse for specific diseases,accurately locate samples,and service scientific research.
