摘　　要：目的:评价基于历史电子病历分析的自动分诊系统在胸痛中心的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析本院胸痛中心在常规分诊系统下(对照组)及基于历史电子病历分析的自动分诊系统下(干预组)接诊患者的临床病历资料。对比分诊评估准确率、获得及时救治率、急诊诊疗时间、不良事件发生情况及患者满意度。结果:干预组分诊评估准确率、获得及时救治率、患者总满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组急诊诊疗时间短于对照组,总不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于历史电子病历分析的自动分诊系统可提高胸痛中心分诊准确率及患者满意度,缩短急诊诊疗时间,促进患者获得及时救治,减少不良事件的发生。Objective:To analyze the application effect of the automatic triage system based on analysis on historical electronic medical records in the Chest Pain Center.Methods:The clinical medical records of patients admitted to the Chest Pain Center of our hospital under the routine triage system(control group)and the automatic triage system based on analysis on electronic medical records(intervention group)were retrospectively analyzed.The accuracy rate of triage assessment,timely rescue and treatment rate,emergency diagnosis and treatment time,occurrence of adverse event and patient satisfaction were compared.Results:The accuracy rate of triage assessment,timely rescue and treatment rate and the total satisfaction rate of patients in the intervention group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The emergency diagnosis and treatment time in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The automatic triage system based on analysis on historical electronic medical records can improve the triage accuracy rate and patient satisfaction in the Chest Pain Center,reduce the emergency diagnosis and treatment time,promote the timely rescue and treatment of patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
