混合挂号模式下分时就诊预约号源分配研究

摘　　要：目的:在存在医生迟到的情况下,通过调整号源分布,减少推迟就诊的患者数量。方法:通过假设检验的方法验证各分时就诊时段内现场挂号患者的到达分布、医生接诊速率的分布,基于数据分布估算各分时就诊时段内预约挂号与现场挂号号源的数量分配。结果:通过调整可以减少推迟就诊的患者数量,推迟就诊患者的多少,不仅与现场挂号患者、预约挂号患者的多少有关,还与现场挂号患者在各时段到达的人数分布和预估的准确性有关。结论:通过调整各分时就诊时段现场挂号和预约挂号的号源数量,可以减少推迟就诊的患者数量,提升患者满意度。Objective:In the presence of doctors late arrival,the number of patients whose services are postponed is reduced by adjusting registration resources distribution.Methods:The distribution of on-site registration and service rates are verified by a hypothesis test method and the number of appointment registration and on-site registration in each time-sharing period are estimated based on these distribution.Results:Adjusting can reduce the number of patients whose services are delayed,and the reduced number is related to not only the number of scheduled and walk-in patients,but also the arrival estimation and distribution of patients registered on-site.Conclusion:By adjusting the number of appointment registration and on-site registration in each time-sharing period,it reduces the number of patients whose services are delayed,which can improve patient satisfaction.
