摘　　要：目的:观察基于移动医疗儿科门诊输液流程优化效果。方法:选择2019年1-7月应用移动信息系统优化输液流程后在我院儿科门诊输液室输液的42000例次患儿为观察组,选择2018年9至2019年3月应用传统输液流程在我院儿科门诊输液室输液的38520例次患儿为对照组。比较两组患儿输液等候时间、护理差错事件发生率、输液反应发生率及家属护理满意度。结果:观察组输液等候时间显著少于对照组,护理差错事件发生率及输液反应发生率显著低于对照组,患儿家属护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿科门诊输液室应用移动信息系统优化输液流程可有效规范护理行为,值得推广。Objective:To observe the effects of optimizing infusion process in pediatric outpatient department based on mobile medicine.Methods:42,000 children patients who were infused in the pediatric outpatient infusion room after optimizing infusion process by mobile information system from January 2019 to September 2019 were selected as observation group.38,520 children patients who were infused by traditional infusion procedure in the pediatric outpatient infusion room in our hospital from September 2018 to March 2019 were selected as control group.The infusion waiting time,incidence case rate of nursing errors events and incidence rate of infusion reactions were recorded and compared between the two groups,and the self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the nursing satisfaction of family members of children patients.Results:The infusion waiting time in observation group was significantly less than that in control group,and the incidence case rate of nursing errors events and incidence rate of infusion reactions were significantly lower than those in control group,and the nursing satisfaction of family members of children patients was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mobile information system to optimize infusion process in pediatric outpatient infusion room can effectively standardize nursing behavior and is worth popularizing.
