摘  要:目的:分析全过程数字化健康教育在多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)不孕症患者体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗期间的应用效果。方法:将行IVF-ET治疗的90例PCOS不孕症患者随机分为对照组与研究组各45例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予常规护理联合全过程数字化健康教育。对比情绪、获卵数量、优质胚胎数、种植率、妊娠率。结果:研究组移植后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于入院时及对照组(P<0.05);两组获卵数量相近(P>0.05),研究组优质胚胎数、种植率及妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在IVF-ET治疗期间,对PCOS不孕症患者给予全过程数字化健康教育,可缓解负性情绪,改善IVF-ET治疗的妊娠结局。Objective:To explore the application effect of whole-process digital health education during in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:90 infertile women with PCOS treated with IVF-ET were randomly divided into study group and control group,and they were given routine nursing and routine nursing combined with whole-process digital health education respectively.The emotion,number of eggs harvested,number of high-quality embryos,implantation rate and pregnancy rate were compared.Results:The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the study group after transplantation were lower than the control group and at admission(P<0.05).The number of eggs harvested of 2 groups were similar(P>0.05),and the number of high-quality embryos,implantation rate and pregnancy rate of the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole-process digital health education for infertility patients with PCOS can relieve negative emotions,and improve the pregnancy outcomes of IVF-ET.
