泸州市城区在校小学生常见不良行为现况调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解泸州市小学生常见不良行为的发生现状,并探讨其影响因素,为泸州市小学生常见不良行为的防控提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,于2018-11/2019-01期间以匿名式问卷调查的方式调查泸州市9所公立小学和3所私立小学的小学生近1年来常见不良行为发生状况,应用SPSS 17.0软件,采用χ^2或χ^2趋势检验进行单因素分析,以非条件二分类Logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果共调查5 975名小学生,平均年龄(9.53±0.96)岁,男、女生分别为3 085人、2 807人。中小学生常见不良行为发生率为77.97%;其中,打网络游戏发生率最高,为66.26%,其次是校园暴力为27.94%。多因素分析结果提示公立学校(OR=1.47,95%CI:1.20~1.79)、五年级(OR=1.60,95%CI:1.25~2.04)、男生(OR=1.83,95%CI:1.55~2.15)、性格一般(OR=2.05,95%CI:1.61~2.62)和性格外向(OR=1.41,95%CI:1.12~1.76)、成绩中等(OR=1.40,95%CI:1.17~1.68)和成绩中下(OR=1.45,95%CI:1.04~2.02)、父母当面吵架(OR=2.30,95%CI:1.88~2.83)是小学生常见不良行为发生的危险因素。结论泸州市城区小学生常见不良行为发生率较高,建议学校等教育部门以及家长都应针对以上危险因素采取相应的干预措施,以促进学生人群身心健康发展。Objective To understand the status of common bad behaviors in elementary schools and explore its influencing factors, so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of common bad behaviors in elementary school students. Methods With the stratified-cluster sampling method, the pupils were selected from 9 public schools and 3 private schools for the anonymous questionnaire survey of common bad behaviors in the last one year during November 2018 and January 2019. The chi-square or chi-square trend test was conducted for univariate analysis and the non-conditional binary Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influence factors of common bad behaviors by SPSS17.0. Results A total of 5 975 pupils(3 085 boys and 2 807 girls) was involved,with an average age of(9.53±0.96). The number of pupils from the public schools and private schools were 4 801 and 1 122,respectively. The incidence rate of common bad behaviors was 77.97%. Among them, the highest incidence of playing online games was 66.26%,followed by campus violence with 27.94%. The results of multi-factor analysis indicated that public schools(OR=1.47,95%CI:1.20-1.79),fifth grade(OR=1.60,95%CI:1.25-2.04),boys(OR=1.83,95%CI:1.55-2.15),general personality(OR=2.05,95%CI:1.61-2.62),outgoing personality(OR=1.41,95%CI:1.12-1.76),medium grades(OR=1.40,95%CI:1.17-1.68),middle and lower grades(OR=1.45, 95% CI: 1.04-2.02), Parents used to quarrel with each other(OR=2.30, 95%CI: 1.88-2.83) were the risk factors for common bad behaviors in primary school students.Conclusion The incidence rate of common bad behaviors of pupils was relative high in Luzhou,parents and the education departments,such as schools,should take intervention measures targeting the above risk factors to ensure the physical and mental health development of pupils.
