摘 要:目的对四川省疾病预防控制中心2012-2018年发表的论文进行回顾性分析,为加强科研管理工作提供参考依据。方法用Excel 2010建立数据库,对论文数量、期刊名称、期刊级别、专业分布进行统计,以SPSS 18.0软件进行文献计量学描述和统计分析。组间比较采用卡方检验;以Logistic回归模型分析作者年龄、性别、职称、学历对核心期刊发文的影响;以P≤0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 2012-2018年四川省疾病预防控制中心累计公开发表论文956篇,年度人均发表论文0.25篇;论文主要分布于疾病控制领域,管理领域论文数量有大幅提升;论文发表在188种期刊上,论文质量有待提升;核心期刊数的占比有逐年增长的趋势(χ^2=6.911,P=0.009);不同职称、不同学历、不同年龄之间核心期刊发文占比有所不同,高级职称及高学历人才核心期刊发文的比例较高。结论四川省疾病预防控制中心加强对人才激励机制的探索,通过"院士工作站"、市州疾控中心、高校的联合攻关及合作,为四川省疾病预防控制中心科研进步提供长期的动力。Objective To retrospectively analyze the papers published by Sichuan Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) during 2012-2018, in order to provide references for strengthening scientific research management. Methods The bibliometric description and statistic analysis were conducted on literatures with SPSS 18.0 in the number of papers, journal titles, journal grades,and professional distribution,based on the data base established by Excel 2010. The chi-square test was used for the comparison between groups. The logistic regression model was applied to analyze the influence of authors’ age, gender, professional title and academic qualification on the publishing in core journals. P<0.05 was considered as significant difference in statistics. Results During 2012-2018,Sichuan CDC had accumulatively published 956 papers in total,with 0.25 paper published per capita per year, the papers were mainly distributed in the field of disease control,while the number of papers in the management field increased significantly. The papers were published in 188 kinds of journals, but the quality of these works needed to be improved. The proportion of paper published in the core journals intended to increase year by year (χ^2=6.911,P=0.009). The proportion of paper published in the core journals in different professional titles,academic qualifications and ages was different,and the proportion of paper published in the core journals in talents with senior titles and high academic qualifications was higher. Conclusion Sichuan CDC has strengthened the exploration of the talent incentive mechanism and provided longterm motivation for its scientific research progress through the joint research and cooperation between the"Academician Work Centers",municipal and prefecture CDC and universities.
