摘 要:以五脉地椒(Thymusquinquecostatus)为材料,采用根数量、根总长、匍匐茎数量、匍匐茎长度、节间长度、间隔子长度及生物量等为指标,对其在不同水分胁迫下的克隆生长特性进行了研究。结果表明:子一代分株(D1)和子二代分株(D2)数量随基质水分含量先增加后减少,低水处理(LW)与中水(MW)、高水处理(HW)差异极显著,中、高水处理间差异不显著。根数量、根总长随水分含量增加而减少,低水处理、中水处理与高水处理间差异显著。匍匐茎数量、匍匐茎长度、节间长度、间隔子长度均表现出先减少后增加的趋势,各处理间匍匐茎数量、茎节长度、间隔子长度差异显著,匍匐茎总长低水处理与中、高水处理间差异显著。根、茎、叶构件生物量均以中水处理最高,与低水处理差异不明显,与高水处理差异显著。Clonal growth of Thymus quinquecostatus were studied in different water conditions by comparing the number of root,the total length of root,the number and the total length of stolon,the mean stolon internode length,the length of spacer and the biomass of root,stolon and leaf module among the ramets.The results showed that:the number of daughter ramets(D1)and the granddaughter ramets(D2)were increased under low water treatment(LW)and middle water treatment(MW),but that were reduced under high water treatment(HW),and the difference between the LW and MW,HW was very significant(p<0.01),but that between the MW and HW was not significant.The number and the total length of roots were increased firstly,then reduced with the water increasing,the difference between the LW,MW and HW was significant(p<0.05).On the contrary,the number of stolon,the length of stolon intercede and the length of spacer were reduced firstly,then increased.The difference among all the treatment was significant(p<0.05).While the difference of the total length of stolon between LW and MW,HW was significant(p<0.05).The biomass of the root,stolon and leaf module were the highest under the middle water conditon among all the treatment,the difference between MW and LW was not significant and that between MW and HW was significant(p<0.05).
