摘　　要：目的总结新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)防控期间武汉定点医院救援病房的现场管理措施。方法以质量管理理论为基石,按“人-机-料-法-环”的管理方法,从人员组织与分工、设施设备、有效的物资使用、工作流程的优化、环境改造与适应等方面进行现场管理。结果有效地提高了床位使用率,降低患者焦虑,提高患者满意度及援鄂医疗团队的整体适应性。结论定点医院救援病房的现场管理措施有利于现场工作开展,同时也提高了护理人员现场应急保障能力。Objective Summarize on-site management measures for rescue wards of designated hospitals in Wuhan during the prevention and control of the COVID-19.Methods The quality management theory is the cornerstone,according to the"human-machine-material-law-ring"management method,from the personnel organization and division of labor,facilities and equipment,effective material use,workflow optimization,environmental transformation and adaptation and other aspects of on-site management.Results Effectively improve bed utilization,reduce patient anxiety,improve patient satisfaction and the overall adaptability of medical team in Hubei Province.Conclusion The conclusion is beneficial to the on-site work,but also improves the emergency support capacity of nursing staff on-site.
