摘  要:针对"爪极+锥形孔"一体化高效成形工艺中的成形问题,采用Deform-3D有限元仿真软件对槽式爪极锥形孔成形(挤小孔)过程中的模具失效问题进行了分析,并对成形工艺进行了优化,提出改进措施。结果表明:爪极挤小孔时模具失效的主要原因是在热精锻过程中存在严重的金属侧向流动,导致冲头受侧向力作用而产生弯曲,最终在冲头根部折断;采用冷整形挤小孔的工艺可有效解决冲头折断问题,优化后爪极的成形工艺为"下料—粗锻—热精锻—切边—抛丸—冷整形(挤小孔)—挤槽缩孔(挤大孔)—热处理"。Aiming at the forming problems in the integranted efficient forming process of claw poles and conical holes,the die failure problem during the forming of conical hole of slotted claw poles(squeezing small holes)process was analyzed by Deform-3 D software,the forming process was optimized,and the improvement measures were proposed.The results show that the main reason for the die failure in squeezing small holes of claw poles is the serious lateral flow of the metal during the precise hot forging process,which causes the punch to bend under lateral force and finally to broke off at the root.The process of squeezing small holes in cold shaping can effectively solve the broke problem of punch.The forming process of the claw pole after optimization is’blanking-rough forging-precision hot forging-trimming-peening-cold shaping(squeezing small holes)-squeezing and shrinking holes(squeezing large holes)-heat treatment’.
