摘  要:基于Deform6.1有限元模拟软件研究了6063铝合金板材连续挤压过程中的温度、应力和应变的分布规律,通过连续挤压实验,研究了挤压过程中的晶粒演变过程以及产品的组织和性能特点。结果表明,铝合金连续挤压变形过程中最大温度梯度、最高等效应力、等效应变和等效应变速率值均出现在直角弯曲区,金属在直角弯曲区发生再结晶,在进入模腔前,再结晶晶粒尺寸为36μm。金属在模腔中发生扩展变形,沿宽度方向,挤压速度和等效应变速率分布不均匀,与腔体进料口相对应位置的金属具有较高的挤压速度和较低的等效应变速率。挤压后的产品横截面组织可分为焊缝区、过渡区和基体区,焊缝区包含由于氧化物钉扎而未长大的细小晶粒,过渡区包含尺寸300μm的超大晶粒,基体区的晶粒尺寸在97~170μm,其中腔体进料口处的晶粒尺寸最小,产品横截面硬度分布主要受晶粒尺寸的影响。Based on Deform6.1 finite element simulation software,the distribution laws of temperature,stress and strain in the continuous extrusion process of 6063 aluminum alloy panels were studied.Through the continuous extrusion experiment,the grain evolution process,the microstructure and the performance characteristics of the product were studied.The results show that the maximum temperature gradient,the maximum effective stress,effective strain and effective strain rate values during the continuous extrusion process of aluminum alloy appear at the right-angle bending zone.The recrystallization of the metal occurs in the right-angle bending zone,and the recrystallization grain size is 36μm before entering into the die cavity.The expansion deformation of the metal occurs in the die cavity,and the distributions of extrusion speed and effective strain rate are uneven along the width direction.The metal at the position corresponding with the cavity feeding port has higher extrusion speed and lower effective strain rate.The microstructure of the cross section of the extruded products can be divided into weld zone,transition zone and matrix zone.The weld zone contains fine grains,the growth of which is inhibited due to the oxide pinning.The transition zone contains super large grains with the size of 300μm.The grain size in the matrix zone is 97-170μm,and the grain size at the cavity feeding port is the smallest.The hardness distribution on the cross section of product is mainly affected by the grain size.
