摘　　要：【目的】血清25-羟维生素D、骨源性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)水平、超声骨密度联合检测对提高6~12月的婴幼儿佝偻病检出的应用分析。【方法】随机选取2018年3月—2018年12月来长宁区某医院的6~12个月佝偻病婴幼儿及健康婴幼儿各160例分别作为观察组和对照组,对两组婴幼儿分别进行血清25-羟维生素D水平、BAP活性和超声骨密度检测,分析三者单项检测与联合检测对婴幼儿佝偻病的诊断效能。【结果】观察组婴幼儿血清25-羟维生素D和骨密度水平低于对照组(P<0.05),BAP活性高于对照组(P<0.05);对3种检测项目的特异度、灵敏度进行组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3种检测项目联合检测的灵敏度和准确率均优于单独检测(P<0.05)。【结论】血清25-羟维生素D水平、BAP活性和超声骨密度联合检测可显著提高6~12月婴幼儿佝偻病检出效能,具有一定价值,值得临床推广应用。[Objective]To analyze the application of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25-OH-D),bone source alkaline phosphatase(BAP)and ultrasonic bone mineral density(BMD)in the detection of infantile rickets aged 3-12 months.[Methods]Six to 12 months old rickets infants and healthy ones were randomly selected from March to December 2018 in a hospital in Changning,who were divided into two groups as observation or control group(160 infants in each).Two groups were respectively tested with serum 25-OH-D,BAP activity and ultrasonic bone density,so as to explore the diagnostic efficacy of the three combined tests for infant rickets.[Results]The serum 25-OH-D level and the BMD in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the abnormal detection rate of BAP in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)between the three detection methods,but the sensitivity and accuracy of the three detection methods combined were significantly better than that of any single detection method(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The combined detection with serum 25-OH-D level,BAP activity and ultrasonic BMD can significantly improve the detection efficiency of rickets in infants aged 6-12 months,which is valuable and worthy of clinical application.
