摘　　要：饲料在制粒过程中,刚开机生产时,升温比较慢,在调质器中的物料还未达到制粒所要求的温度就已经到达出料口位置,这部分物料因不合格会作为废料处理,直接从制粒机的旁通门排出,不进入制粒机制粒。文章论述了目前市场上的几种无机头料的方式,改变了这一浪费现状。In the pelletizing process,the temperature rise is slow when the feed is just started up.The materials in the conditioner have reached the outlet before they reach the required temperature for granulation.These materials will be treated as waste materials and discharged directly from the bypass of the pellet mill and will not enter the press room.The article discussed the production without waste materical in the market,with had changed the present situation of waste.
