摘　　要：睡眠呼吸紊乱与高血压之间的关系自20世纪70年代开始受到关注。此后的一系列研究发现,睡眠呼吸暂停或低通气与心血管的其他危险因素也密切相关,有着特殊的临床意义。在睡眠呼吸暂停或低通气中,又以阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)最为常见,很多高血压患者合并存在OSAHS。特别是在难治性高血压患者中,多数合并中重度的OSAHS。睡眠实验室中进行的多导睡眠图监测虽然是诊断睡眠呼吸紊乱或OSAHS的金标准,但是目前并不普及,难以对众多的高血压人群进行筛查。近年来便携式睡眠呼吸监测仪逐渐普及,充分利用该设备,对特定的高血压人群进行OSAHS筛查或确诊,制定合理的治疗方案,将有利于高血压的控制,进一步减少心脑血管并发症。The relationship between sleep-disordered breathing(SDB)and hypertension has become a rising concern since the 1970 s.A series of studies have found that sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(SAHS)was closely related to cardiovascular risk factors and had special clinical significance.In SAHS,obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is more common,and many patients with hypertension have OSAHS.Especially in patients with refractory hypertension,most of them have moderate to severe OSAHS.Although polysomnography monitoring(PSG)in sleep labs is the gold standard for diagnosing SDB or OSAHS,it is currently not widespread and difficult to be applied widely in the management of hypertension.In recent years,portable sleep monitors have become more and more popular.By making full use of this equipment to screen the OSAHS for hypertensive people,great benefits would be achieved to the management of hypertension and reduction of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications.
