摘 要:半固态成形主要是将凝固过程中的合金熔体进行外力干预,使其预先凝固的树枝晶固相破碎而获得一种由细小近球状、非枝晶固相与液相共同组成的固液共存半固态熔体,再将该熔体利用常规成形方法予以成形,故半固态合金熔体制备是半固态成形的关键。由半固态成形技术延伸分析了树枝晶破碎断裂机制、树枝晶根部熔断机制以及晶粒游离、对流混合抑制机制等半固态组织形成机理,总结了电磁搅拌法、液相线铸造法和斜坡法、超声波处理法等半固态合金熔体不同的制备方法,得出非枝晶组织熔体的不同制备方法及其工艺参数均明显地影响非枝晶形成机理,进而会影响半合金熔体的组织特征及成形后的产品质量。The semi-solid formation broke solid phase of beforehand concretionary dendritic structure by means of outside intervention to get a kind of solid-liquid coexistence semi-solid melt consisted of tiny nearly spherical,non-dendrite solid phase and liquid phase,and then the melt was formed by normal forming method,so preparation of semi-solid alloy melt was the key to the process of semi-solid forging.The formation mechanisms of semi-solid structures were analyzed including the mechanism of dendrite fracture and fracture,dendrite root fusing,grain dissipation and convection mixing.Different preparation methods of semi-solid alloy melts were summarized including the electromagnetic stirring method,liquidus casting method,slope method,the ultrasonic treatment method and so on.It was concluded that different preparation methods and varying process parameters of non-dendritic structure melts that clearly affected the formation mechanism of non-dendrites,which would affect the structure characteristics of semi-alloy melts and product quality after forging.
