摘  要:3D打印技术作为一种新型快速制造技术,在模具领域被广泛应用,尤其在注塑模具的随形冷却水路的制造方面。通过分析注塑模具冷却水路的重要性,结合应用实例分析了传统直通式水路和随形冷却水路结构在模具结构设计上的异同,进行了特征比较,并对随形水路模具型芯的3D打印快速制造进行分析,对随形冷却水道注塑模具的快速制造的深入、广泛应用具有一定的借鉴意义。As a new type of fast manufacturing technology,3D printing technology was widely used in the field of mold,especially in the manufacture of the injection mold with the shape of the cooling waterway.By analyzing that the importance of injection mold cooling waterways,the similarities and differences of mould structure design between the traditional straight-through waterway and the formation-cooling waterway was analyzed in combination with application examples,and the rapid manufacture of 3D printing with the shape-shaped waterway mold core was analyzed,which was of great reference to the deep and wide application of the rapid manufacture of injection mold in the with-shape cooling waterway.
