摘 要:为更好地推动动物疫病的防控与净化措施,摸清我国边境地区的主要动物疫病流行情况,拟建立动物疫病现场快速诊断与远程监测平台,对新疆喀什-哈萨克斯坦边境、昌吉-外蒙古边境、伊犁-哈萨克斯坦边境等地区的规模场、种畜场、屠宰场以及散养户的1254份羊血清、728份牛血清进行小反刍兽疫病毒抗体、口蹄疫病毒3ABC病原抗体、布鲁菌抗体的血清学检测。结果表明,共检出小反刍兽疫病原抗体阳性1137份,阳性率为90.67%;检出牛口蹄疫病毒抗体阳性血清6份,阳性率为0.87%;检出羊口蹄疫病毒抗体阳性血清13份,阳性率为1.06%;检出牛布鲁菌病病原抗体阳性血清372份,阳性率为51.1%;检出羊布鲁菌病病原抗体阳性血清724份,阳性率为57.74%。将上述检测方法与国外诊断试剂盒进行比对,结果表明使用的现场快速诊断检测试剂敏感性与特异性复合率较高,成功开发建立了动物疫病现场快速诊断与远程监测平台,探索了我国跨境地区种畜禽场动物疫情监测新模式,为我国边境地区的养殖场动物疫病防控净化机制建设提供数据支持与技术支撑。To better promote the prevention and purification measures of animal infectious diseases and find out the prevalence of major animal diseases in China's border areas,this study established a rapid on-site diagnosis and remote monitoring platform for animal diseases.The platform tested 1 254 sheep serum and 728 bovine serum samples from large-scale farms,breeding and livestock farms,slaughterhouses and free-range farmers in Kashgar,Changji and Yili of Xinjiang.The main test items included peste des petits ruminants virus(PPRV) antibody,foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV) 3 ABC antibody,Brucella antibody.A total of 1 137 cases of positive antibodies against PPRV were detected in this test,with a positiverate of 90.67%.Six positive serum samples of FMD virus 3 abc were detected in bovine,with a positive rate of 0.87%.Sheep FMD virus 3 ABC antibody positive sera were detected in 13 samples,with a positive rate of1.06%.372 cases of bovie Brucella antibody positive sera were detected,with a positive rate of 51.1%.724 cases of sheep Brucella antibody positive sera were detected,with a positive rate of 57.74%.Comparing the above test methods with import diagnostic kits,the results showed that the coincidence rate of sensitivity and specificity are higher.This study successfully developed and established a rapid diagnosis and remote monitoring platform for animal diseases,and explored a new monitoring model for animal diseases in breeding animal farms in cross-border areas of China.This study provided data support and technical support for the construction of animal disease prevention and control,purification mechanism in livestock and poultry farms in border areas of China.
