摘  要:氟苯尼考作为酰胺醇类抗生素,因其广谱高效、吸收快、分布广、半衰期长、无残留或残留低等特点,被列为动物专用抗生素,主要用于治疗禽畜细菌感染性疾病。氟苯尼考的相关制剂已在亚洲、欧洲和美洲的多个国家上市,我国于1999年正式批准氟苯尼考为国家二类新兽药。氟苯尼考在兽药领域发挥着重要的作用,但因为其水溶性差,使得药效发挥受到限制,近年来就如何提高氟苯尼考的溶解性进行了大量的研究。在此基础上,综述了以制剂新技术为手段,改善氟苯尼考溶解度和生物利用度的最新研究进展,从而促进该药的临床应用效果与适用范围。Florfenicol,as an amide alcohol antibiotic,is listed as a special antibiotic for animals due to its broad spectrum,high efficiency,fast absorption,wide distribution,long half-life,no residue or low residue,and is mainly used for treating livestock bacterial infectious diseases.Related preparations of florfenicol have been listed in many countries of Asia,Europe and America.In 1999,China officially approved florfenicol as a national class II new veterinary drug.Florfenicol plays an extremely important role in the field of veterinary drugs,but its poor water solubility limits its efficacy.In recent years,a large number of studies have been conducted on how to improve the solubility of florfenicol.On this basis,the latest research progress in improving the solubility and bioavailability of florfenicol by means of new preparation technologies was reviewed,to promote the clinical application effect and application scope of the drug.
