摘 要:分子伴侣具有稳定蛋白质或辅助蛋白质完成折叠的作用。热激蛋白(heat shock protein,HSP)是分子伴侣的一个家族,可在蛋白质复合物组装过程中保护蛋白质并防止蛋白质聚集和分解。目前,对于热激蛋白70(Hsp70)的研究最为广泛和深入。Hsp70与底物作用时需要依靠辅助伴侣分子,不同的辅助伴侣分子对于Hsp70的作用不同。论文详细介绍了Hsp70与3种主要辅助伴侣分子(carboxyl terminus of the Hsc70-interacting protein,CHIP、nucleotide exchange factor,NEF、J domain protein,JDP)的结构、生物学功能及它们在Hsp70循环中的作用。Molecular chaperones have a role to stabilize proteins or assist them in reaching their native fold.Heat shock proteins(HSPs)are a family of molecular chaperons that protect proteins from cellular stress during the assembly of protein complexes and also prevent the proteins from aggregation and disassembly.At present,the research on heat shock protein 70(Hsp70)is the most extensive and in-depth.Hsp70 interacts with the substrate by relying on the co-chaperone,and different co-chaperones have different effects on Hsp70.In this review,we introduced the structure and biology function of Hsp70 and three kinds of main co-chaperones(CHIP,NEF,JDP)in detail,the future prospective is also presented.
