犬外感温热疫病的临床表现特征分析

摘　　要：为了解犬在外感温热疫病情况下舌色、舌苔、脉象和精神状态等相关指标的主要表现特征,对5只自然感染犬瘟热病毒雌性混血犬进行了为期18 d的观察,并将这18 d分为三个阶段,每个阶段6 d。结果显示,第一阶段的舌色以红色和粉红色为主,随着时间推移,绛红色舌数量增加,白色舌苔在第二阶段增加,随后在第三阶段出现下降,有根舌苔随着时间推移出现下降,薄苔数量在第二阶段也出现下降,但第三阶段略有回升;在脉象方面,主要以沉脉为主,随着时间推移,沉脉和细脉数量在增加;精神状态方面,三个阶段动物的精神状态以正常为主,但在第二阶段,狂躁犬的数量增加,到第三阶段后又出现下降。结果表明,所有犬在观察期内的舌色、舌苔、脉象和精神状态并不是只有一种情况,而是各种情况均有。因此,在临床上需要对病患进行辨证,方可根据具体病证提出治疗方案。In order to analysis the main characteristics of tongue color,tongue coating,pulse and mental state in dogs invaded by exogenous febrile diseases,five female mixed-breed dogs infected with canine distemper virus naturally were observed for 18 days and divided into three stages artificially,6 days of each.The results showed that the tongue color in the first stage was mainly red and pink.As time went,the number of crimson tongues increased,the number of white tongue coating increased in the second stage,and then decreased in the third stage.The number of rooted tongue coating decreased as time went.The number of thin tongue coating also decreased in the second stage but increased slightly in the third stage.In terms of mental state,the mental state of animals in the three stages was normal,but in the second stage,the number of manic animals increased to a certain extent,and then decreased in the third stage.The results showed that the tongue color,tongue coating,pulse and mental state of all animals during the observation period were not coincident but varied among individuals.Therefore,in order to treat the patient properly,it is necessary to differentiate the symptoms and signs of the patients in clinical practice.
