摘　　要：猪回肠炎是由胞内劳森氏菌引起的,以猪回肠、盲肠、结肠黏膜呈腺瘤样增生为主要特征的肠道传染病[1]。在后备和成年猪群主要表现为急性猝死和血痢,在6~20周龄的育肥猪主要表现为腹泻、生长整齐度变差等。当前,我国养猪业正处于受非洲猪瘟影响以及饲料“禁抗”双重压力下的关键时期,为防止在此期间猪回肠炎对猪场造成更大损失,猪场管理者应加强对回肠炎的综合防控措施。Under the background of the resume production introduction of a large number of gilts and the prohibition of antibiotics in feed,porcine ileitis is one of the most important digestive diseases in pigs.The harm of porcine ileitis to gilts,pregnant sows and fattening pigs has been paid more and more attention by farmers.This article reviews the research progress of epidemiology,clinical signs,diagnosis,prevention and control of porcine ileitis.Emphasize the prevention and control methods that combine production management and the use of antibiotics.
