摘　　要：本文建立了同时检测猪血浆中芬苯达唑、奥芬达唑、芬苯达唑砜和伊维菌素的UPLC-MS/MS方法,该方法得到的芬苯达唑、奥芬达唑、芬苯达唑砜和伊维菌素的检测限分别为0.05μg/L、0.05μg/L、0.05μg/L和0.01μg/L,定量限分别为0.1μg/L、0.1μg/L、0.1μg/L和0.2μg/L。芬苯达唑、奥芬达唑、芬苯达唑砜和伊维菌素在猪血浆中3个不同添加浓度的回收率范围分别为89.42%~94.33%、79.05%~92.28%、86.19%~92.29%、82.09%~88.40%,线性方程分别为y=25830.8x+18629.1、y=11299.7x+4456.5、y=12482.6x+2319.5、y=421.76x-85.14,相关系数r都在0.9992以上。动物试验结果显示,在给予复方芬苯达唑伊维菌素粉剂1 h后的血浆样品中检测到了4种药物。该方法符合血浆中药物的检测要求,能够用于快速测定血浆中这4种药物。A method for simultaneous determination of fenbendazole,ofendazole,fenbendazole and ivermectin in pig plasma was established using UPLC-MS/MS.The detection limits for fenbendazole,ofendazole,fenbendazole and ivermectin in pig plasma were 0.05μg/L,0.05μg/L,0.05μg/L and 0.01μg/L respectively,and the limits of quantification were 0.1μg/L,0.1μg/L,0.1μg/L and 0.2μg/L respectively.The recovery at three different levels of fenbendazole,ofendazole,fenbendazole and ivermectin in pig plasma were 89.42%~94.33%,79.05%~92.28%,86.19%~92.29%and 82.09%~88.40%respectively.The linear equation was y=25830.8x+18629.1,y=11299.7x+4456.5,y=12482.6x+2319.5 and y=421.76x-85.14,respectively.The correlation coefficients r were all more than 0.9992.Four drugs were detected in plasma samples at 1 hour after administration of compound fenbendazole ivermectin powder.The method meets the requirement of plasma drug detection and can be used for the rapid determination of the four drugs in pig plasma.
