摘  要:可靠性增长试验是提高核电仪控设备可靠性的重要手段,本文在对可靠性增长试验发展历程总结的基础上,分别进行了传统可靠性增长试验(GJB1407)及加速可靠性试验中高加速寿命试验(HALT)和加速寿命试验(ALT)在核电仪控设备上的工程适用性分析,并对研发阶段加速可靠性增长试验HALT和ALT的具体实施进行了总结,为核电仪控设备在工程实践中的可靠性增长试验工作提供参考。Reliability growth test is an important means to improve the reliability of nuclear power instrument and control equipment.Based on the summary of the development process of reliability growth test,this paper analyzes the engineering applicability of traditional reliability growth test(GJB1407),high accelerated life test(HALT)and accelerated life test(ALT)in the accelerated reliability test on nuclear power instrument and control equipment.Then this paper summarizes the specific implementation of HALT and ALT in the accelerated reliability growth test of developmental stage,which provides reference for the reliability growth test of nuclear power instrument and control equipment in engineering practice.
