摘 要:增加流程数是现阶段常用的强化板壳式滑油冷却器的换热性能手段之一,它会对板壳式滑油冷却器的流动和换热产生一定的影响。以单流程的板壳式滑油冷却器来研究入口油温对流动与传热性能的影响,试验结果表明:入口油温升高,润滑油的黏度降低,流动和换热性能随着有明显改善;又通过两流程、三流程在相同入口流量和相同板间流速下的对比实验得:油侧入口流量相同时,三流程的总传热系数和压降分别约为两流程的1.5~2.5倍和2.5~2.9倍;油侧板间流速相同时,三流程的总传热系数和压降约为两流程的1.1~1.5倍和1.9~2.2倍。因此,滑油冷却器设计过程中,可以适当增加流程数以明显改善其传热性能。Increasing the process number is one of the common methods to enhance heat transferring ability of plate and shell oil coolers,however,study on the imbalance of flow and heat transfer of plate and shell oil cooler is little.In this paper,one-process circular plate and shell oil cooler is used to study the influence of oil inlet temperature on the flow and heat transfer.The result is that the flow and heat transfer is improved with increasing oil inlet temperature obviously.The contrast experiments that two-process and three-process circular plate and shell oil cooler under the same work condition explain that the flow and heat transfer performance of the three-process is 1.5~2.5 times and 2.5~2.9 times as much as that of the two-process with same inlet flow of oil.And the flow and heat transfer performance of the three-process is 1.1~1.5 times and 1.9~2.2 times as much as that of the two-process with same inlet flow rate of oil.So increasing proper processes can obviously improve heat transfer performance during the design of oil coolers.
