摘  要:核级树脂是压水堆核电厂一回路及其辅助系统的主要水处理材料,用于净化运行过程中产生的裂变产物、腐蚀产物和杂质离子,以维持一回路系统水质和降低电厂辐射剂量。由于吸附放射性,用于一回路净化的树脂不再复用,为控制运行成本,降低固体废物量,根据水质特征,选择合适的离子交换树脂和使用管理策略极为重要。本文针对秦山核电二厂核级树脂的使用现状和存在的放射性核素110 m Ag去除效率偏低、启动初期析出110 m Ag,释放硫酸根、使用周期偏短等问题。通过调研、对比分析和试验研究,结合运行现状对一回路及其辅助系统的核级树脂选型、使用周期进行了分析,结果表明:树脂的选型和使用周期需从系统的工况、水质指标、树脂床的功能、树脂的性能、辐射剂量和经济指标等多方面综合考虑,是权衡各项因素的综合选择。根据电厂现实情况,提出了一回路及其辅助系统的树脂选型和使用周期优化策略,并对核级树脂从品质控制、库存量、投运前检查、更换原则等全寿期内进行管理优化,达到树脂的最佳使用效果,为电厂的树脂使用和管理决策提供依据。Nuclear grade resin is the main water treatment material for the primary circuit and auxiliary systems of PWR nuclear power plants.It is used to purify fission products,corrosion products and impurity ions generated during operation to maintain the water quality of the primary circuit system and reduce the power plant radiation dose.Due to the adsorption of radioactivity,the resin used for primary circuit purification is no longer reused.In order to control operating costs and reduce the amount of solid waste,it is extremely important to select the appropriate ion exchange resin and use management strategy according to the characteristics of water quality.This article addresses the current status of the use of nuclear grade resin and the low removal efficiency of radionuclide 110 m Ag,the precipitation of 110 m Ag at the initial start-up,the release of sulfate,and the short service life in Qinshan Ⅱ.Through investigation,comparative analysis and experimental research,combined with the current operation status,the nuclear grade resin selection and service cycle of the primary circuit and its auxiliary system are analyzed.The results show that the selection and service life of the resin need to be comprehensively considered from the system working conditions,water quality indicators,resin bed function,resin performance,radiation dose and economic indicators,which is a comprehensive choice to weigh various factors.According to the actual situation of the power plant,the resin selection and life cycle optimization strategies of the primary circuit and its auxiliary systems are proposed,and the management and optimization of nuclear grade resins throughout the life cycle from quality control,inventory,pre-operation inspection,and replacement principles,to achieve the best use of resin,and provide a basis for power plant resin use and management decisions.
