不同地产砂仁挥发油中7种活性成分的含量考察

摘　　要：目的:考察不同地产药材9种砂仁挥发油中7种活性成分的含量,为实现对砂仁质量的有效控制提供参考。方法:采用气相色谱法,测定砂仁挥发油中所含7种活性成分的含量,其中柠檬烯、月桂烯、α-蒎烯、莰烯含量测定所用方法为外标法,而乙酸龙脑酯、樟脑、龙脑的含量测定方法为一测多评法,内参物为乙酸龙脑酯。结果:9种不同地产砂仁中上述7种活性成分的含量测定结果,依序为0.319 5~3.688 0,0.101 1~1.808 0,0.116 9~0.430 4,0.450 5~3.733 0,0.454 8~13.150 0,0.290 1~1.641 0和1.661 0~10.410 0 mg/g。结论:本试验考察所用方法简便快捷,有着良好的适用性和专属性,适用于砂仁挥发油中各活性成分的含量测定,有利于相关质量标准的制定与完善。Objective: To study the contents of 7 active ingredients in the volatile oil of 9 kinds of Amomi Fructus from different real estate herbs, and to provides a reference for the effective control of the quality of Amomi Fructus.Methods: The contents of 7 active components in the volatile oil of Amomi Fructus were determined by Gas Chromatography. The contents of limonene, laurene, ben-pinene, and camphor were determined by external standard method;borneol acetate, camphor, and borneol acetate were determined by one test and multiple evaluation method, and borneol acetate was used as internal reference. Results: The determination results of the above 7 active ingredients in 9 kinds of Amomi Fructus were between 0.319 5 and 3.688 0, 0.101 1 and 1.808 0, 0.116 9 and 0.430 0, 0.450 5 and 3.733 0, 0.4548 and 13.150 0, 0.290 1 and 1.641 0, 1.661 0 and 10.410 0 mg/g, respectively. Conclusion: The method used in this study is simple and quick, with good applicability and specificity. It is suitable for the determination of the content of each active ingredient in the volatile oil of Amomi Fructus, which is conducive to the formulation and improvement of relevant quality standards.
