摘  要:目的:探究基于严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)患者危险因素的Meta分析对新型冠状病毒蔓延的安全防护策略。方法:利用相关数据库,搜索以"SARS""危险因素""死亡因素"等关键词,搜索到有关SARS死亡危险因素的中英文文献166篇,采用Review Manager软件分析、整理和数据提取,探究预测新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus disease,以下简称COVID-19)死亡危险因素与SARS的相关性,并提出对COVID-19蔓延的安全防护策略。结果与结论:影响COVID-19患者死亡的因素呈多种型,可能的因素如患者性别、年龄、是否患有基础疾病以及重症患者是否及时进行人工通气支持,其中患有基础疾病以及采用人工通气治疗对患者死亡风险的影响为最大。Objective: To study the COVID-19 epidemic prevention strategy of safety protection based on a metaanalysis of risk factors for SARS Patients. Methods: Using relevant Databases, searching for "SARS" "risk factors" and "death factors" such as key words, searching for both English and Chinese 166 references about SARS death risk factors, adopting the Review Manager software analysis, sorting and data extraction, so as to explore the prediction COVID-19(Corona Virus get diseases, hereinafter referred to as COVID-19) death risk factors and the correlation of SARS,and put forward the security protection strategy of COVID-19 spread. Results and Conclusions: There are many types of factors affecting death in COVID-19 patients. The possible factors include gender, age, underlying disease, and timely artificial ventilation support in severe patients, in which basic disease and artificial ventilation treatment have the greatest influence on the risk of death.
