清肝化瘀方在慢性重型肝炎中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探析中药清肝化瘀方在慢性重型肝炎治疗中的有效性和安全性.方法选取2016年2月—2019年12月住院治疗的58例重型肝炎患者,基于随机数字表法分成研究组和对照组,各29例.对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组同时辨证服用清肝化瘀方汤剂,连续治疗2个月,对比分析2组临床疗效.结果研究组治疗后中医证候积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,2组患者血清前蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、凝血酶原活动度(PTA)、丙氨酸基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸基转移酶(AST)及总胆红素(TBIL)均有改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05).研究组治疗总有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的79.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2组用药过程中均未出现严重不良反应.结论在慢性重型肝炎治疗中辨证用清肝化瘀方,可有效提升疗效,缓解症状,改善肝功能,提高凝血酶原活动度,安全性较好,值得临床应用.Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of clearing liver-fire for removing blood stasis prescription in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis.Methods 58 cases of severe hepatitis hospitalized in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2019 were selected to be included in the study.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with clearing liver-fire for removing blood stasis prescription based on syndrome differentiation for 2 months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The score of TCM symptoms in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).Before measurement after treatment,two groups of patients with serum protein(PA),albumin(propagated),prothrombin activity(PTA),alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBIL),also have improved,but the study group was more better than that of control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate was 93.10%in the study group and 79.31%in the control group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion The clearing liver-fire for removing blood stasis prescription for syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis can effectively improve the efficacy,relieve symptoms,improve liver function,and improve prothrombin activity.
