莲柏外洗液熏洗对尖锐湿疣患者外阴Ki-67蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察莲柏外洗液外用熏洗对外阴尖锐湿疣患者Ki-67蛋白表达的影响,探讨中药熏洗对抑制HPV病毒复制的临床疗效.方法50例女性尖锐湿疣患者,随机分为治疗组25例,对照组25例,治疗前2组患者均取外阴皮损做病理及免疫组化Ki-67蛋白检测,同时予激光治疗,治疗组予激光后用莲柏外洗液熏洗治疗外阴,每天1次,每次15~20 min,对照组予以临床观察.2组患者均于3个月后取外阴皮损作免疫组化Ki-67蛋白检测,比较治疗前后2组患者外阴皮损处Ki-67蛋白的阳性率、复发率等.结果治疗前,治疗组患者Ki-67蛋白检测的阳性率为88.0%,治疗后为68.0%.在对照组中,治疗前阳性率92.0%,治疗后为88.0%.前后比较,治疗组患者的阳性率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论莲柏外洗液外用熏洗可降低Ki-67蛋白表达,提高尖锐湿疣患者的治疗效果.Objective To observe the effect of external fumigation of Lianbo lotion on the expression of Ki-67 protein in patients with vulvar condyloma acuminatum,and to explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the inhibition of HPV virus replication.Method Fifty female patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into treatment group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases).Before treatment,the vulvar lesions of both groups were taken for pathological and immunohistochemical detection of Ki-67 protein.And laser treatment was performed at the same time.The treatment group was fumigated with Lianbo lotion after laser,once a day for 15~20 minutes each time.The control group was given clinical observation.Immunohistochemical Ki-67 protein was detected in vulvar lesions of both groups after the treatment of 3 months.The positive rate of Ki-67 protein in vulvar lesions between the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Result Before treatment,the positive rate of Ki-67 protein detection in the treatment group was 88.0%and 68.0%after treatment.While in the control group,the positive rate was 92.0%before treatment and 88.0%after treatment.The positive rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion External fumigation of Lianbo lotion can reduce the expression of Ki-67 protein,which can also improve the therapeutic effect of patients with condyloma acuminatum.
