止嗽散加减治疗变应性咳嗽临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察止嗽散加减治疗变应性咳嗽的临床疗效.方法选取2016年1月—2019年1月接受治疗的60例变应性咳嗽患者,采用随机抽取的方式分对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组运用常规西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上,加上中药止嗽散加减治疗,对比2组患者的临床疗效.结果观察组患者咳嗽、咳痰症状明显减轻,其总有效率(93.3%)显著优于对照组(76.7%),P<0.05;且观察组不良反应和对照组比较未见明显增加.结论对于变应性咳嗽,在传统西药治疗基础上采用止嗽散加减治疗,患者咳嗽、咳痰症状明显减轻,疗效更加显著,且治疗过程中不良反应并未增加,安全性高,值得在临床上进行推广使用.Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhisou powder on allergic cough.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019 in our hospital,60 patients with allergic cough were selected as the research data.Adopting the way of random sample points,they were divided into control group and observation group,and each group had 30 cases.The control group used conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group applied Zhisou powder on the basis of western medicine treatment.The symptoms of cough,sputum,and the clinical effect between the two groups were compared.Results The symptoms of cough and sputum were significantly alleviated in the observation group,and the total effective rate(93.3%)in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(76.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of traditional western medicine treatment,Zhisou powder in the treatment of allergic cough,the symptoms of cough and sputum are obviously alleviated,and the curative effect is more significant.Besides,the adverse reactions in the treatment process are not increased.
