通脉活血汤联合针刺疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察通脉活血汤联合针刺疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法选取2019年3月—2019年8月收治的腰椎间盘突出患者80例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(采用针刺治疗)和联合组(采用通脉活血汤结合针刺治疗),分析2组患者治疗后的临床疗效.结果联合组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为85.0%,联合组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).2组治疗前视觉模拟(VAS)评分,日本骨科学会下腰痛(JOA)评分,差异不具有统计学意义(P<0.05).联合组治疗后JOA评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,且2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论通脉活血汤结合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效显著,可有效减轻患者疼痛程度,改善腰部功能.Objective To Study the effect of Tongmai Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation.Methods Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital(from March 2019 to August 2019)were selected and divided into the control group(acupuncture treatment)and the combined group(Tongmai Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture treatment)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of TCM combined group was 95.0%,and that of the control group was 85.0%.The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Japanese orthopaedic association low back pain(JOA)score before treatment were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).JOA score and VAS score of the combined group were higher than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongmai Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture has remarkable curative effect on lumbar disc herniation,which can reduce the pain degree of patients and improve the waist function.
