健脾利湿益肾活血膏方治疗维持性血液透析患者营养不良临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾利湿益肾活血膏方治疗维持性血液透析患者营养不良状态的影响,为运用中医药干预维持性透析中的不良反应等提供一定思路.方法将60例维持性血液透析患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组均给予规律血透、对症治疗以及饮食指导等治疗组在此基础上服用中药膏方6个月.观察比较2组治疗前后生化指标(主要包括血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白)、蛋白分解率、主观全面营养分布评估的变化.结果治疗后,治疗组血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、蛋白分解率水平较对照组明显提高(P<0.05);主观全面营养评估分级也较之改善明显(P<0.05).结论健脾利湿益肾活血膏方可改善维持性血透患者营养不良状态.Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Lishi Yishen Huoxue ointment on malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis patients,which provided some thoughts for adverting reactions and side effects in maintenance hemodialysis by TCM intervention.Methods 60 cases with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given herb ointment for six months on the basis of regular hemodialysis,symptomatic treatment and diet instruction,etc.The change of the two groups before and after treatment in biochemical(main indicators including serum albumin,prealbumin,transferrin),protein decomposition rate and SGA,at the same time compared themselves and between groups were observed and compared.Results The serum albumin,prealbumin,transferrin and protein decomposition rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the SGA classification of the treatment group also improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Lishi Yishen Huoxue ointment could improve malnutrition in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
