丁桂散穴位贴敷神阙穴在术后肠梗阻中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨丁桂散穴位贴敷神阙穴在术后肠梗阻护理中的应用。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年12月收治的50例行腹部手术术后肠梗阻患者的临床资料,依据干预方式的不同,分为对照组(护理+常规治疗,23例)与观察组(护理+常规治疗+丁桂散穴位贴敷神阙穴,27例),对比2组临床疗效、相关临床指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.30%,比对照组的69.57%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹胀缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后肠梗阻患者的护理中采用丁桂散穴位贴敷神阙穴,可提高临床疗效,缩短腹胀缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间,显著改善胃肠功能。Objective To explore the application of Dinggui powder point application on Shenque(RN8)in postoperative intestinal obstruction.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with postoperative intestinal obstruction treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different intervention methods,they were divided into control group(nursing routine treatment,n=23)and observation group(nursing routine treatment and Dinggui powder point application on Shenque(RN8),n=27).The clinical efficacy and related clinical indicators of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.30%,which was 69.57%higher than 69.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abdominal distention relief time,abdominal pain relief time,first exhaust time and first defecation time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Dinggui powder point application on Shenque(RN8)in the nursing of patients with postoperative intestinal obstruction can improve the clinical curative effect,shorten the relief time of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,the first exhaust time and the first defecation time,and improve the gastrointestinal function significantly.
