全髋关节置换术联合驻春胶囊治疗老年股骨颈骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨全髋关节置换术联合驻春胶囊治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果。方法将2015年5月—2018年1月收治的60例需行人工全髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的老年患者随机分为试验组30例,对照组30例。2组均使用生物型全髋行人工全髋关节置换术进行治疗。试验组于术后1 d给予驻春胶囊口服,对照组给予碳酸钙D_3片,2组均服药3个月。观察2组患者的骨密度及术后3个月髋关节功能恢复情况。结果 2组患者3个月后骨密度较术前比均升高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且试验组术后3个月骨密度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后3个月Harris评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全髋关节置换术联合驻春胶囊治疗老年股骨颈骨折效果良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of total hip replacement combined with Zhuchun capsule on femoral neck fracture in elderly patients.Methods 60 elderly patients admitted to our department from May 2015 to January 2018 who needed total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).Both groups were treated with biological total hip arthroplasty.One day after the operation,the experimental group was given Zhuchun capsule,and the control group was given D3 tablets of calcium carbonate.Both groups were given pills for 3 months.The duration of operation,bone density and recovery of hip function were observed.Results Three months later,the bone mineral density of the two groups was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the bone mineral density of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group three months after the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Harris score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group three months after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty combined with Zhuchun capsule is effective in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly.
