膈下逐瘀汤联合局部微波照射治疗子宫内膜异位症临床观察

摘　　要：目的综合性评价膈下逐瘀汤联合局部微波照射治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月于沈阳市妇婴医院妇科病房住院并接受治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例应用膈下逐瘀汤内服治疗方案,试验组30例在对照组基础上联合局部微波照射治疗方案,观察2组患者治疗前后疼痛程度积分、中医证候积分及异位囊肿直径变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医证候积分、异位囊肿直径、疼痛评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膈下逐瘀汤联合局部微波照射治疗子宫内膜异位症临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Gexia Zhuyu decoction combined with local microwave irradiation on patients with endometriosis.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with endometriosis who were hospitalized and treated in the department of gynecology of Shenyang Maternity and Infant Hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.30 cases in the control group were treated with Gexia Zhuyu decoction.30 cases in the experimental group were treated with local microwave irradiation on the basis of the control group.The changes of pain degree score,TCM syndrome score and ectopic cyst diameter were observed before and after treatment.Results After clinical treatment,TCM syndrome volume,diameter of heterotopic cyst and pain score in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gexia zhuyu decoction combined with local microwave irradiation has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of endometriosis,and is worthy of promotion.
