大柴胡汤配合手术对胆囊炎胆石症患者血清CRP、IL-6水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究术前应用大柴胡汤加减配合手术对胆囊炎结石症患者血清CRP、IL-6水平的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2019年1月所收治160例胆囊炎胆石症患者,按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,各80例,对照组行胆囊摘除术及术后常规抗感染治疗;观察组在对照组基础上术前应用大柴胡汤加减治疗。2组疗程均为2周。比较2组术前及术后5 d血清CRP、IL-6、TBIL、ALT。比较2组术前、术后1周、术后2周临床疗效。结果与术前比,术后5 d 2组血清CRP、IL-6、TBIL、ALT水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床总有效率96.25%显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论术前应用大柴胡汤加减配合手术治疗胆囊炎胆石症可明显缓解上腹隐痛、腹胀等症状,改善炎症反应,调节肝功能,提高临床疗效。Objective To study the effect of modified Dachaihu decoction combined with operation on serum CRP and IL-6 levels in patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis.Methods 160 patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the treatment method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cholecystectomy and routine anti infection treatment after operation,and the observation group was treated with Dachaihu decoction before operation on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 2 weeks.Serum CRP,IL-6,TBIL and ALT were compared before and 5 days after operation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared before operation,1 week and 2 weeks after operation.Results The levels of CRP,IL-6,TBIL and ALT in the two groups decreased after operation,and the observation group was lower than that the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.25%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Dachaihu decoction combined with operation for cholecystitis and cholelithiasis can obviously relieve the symptoms of upper abdominal pain and abdominal distention,improve the inflammatory reaction,regulate the liver function and improve the clinical effect.
