摘　　要：坚持“以人民为中心”是指导党与全国各族人民建设社会主义现代化强国的基本价值遵循。以人的需要作为坚持以人民为中心的逻辑出发点,既要把握人的需要的一般性特征,又要结合时代特征,把握人的需要在新时代发生的新变化、出现的新特点。文章认为,在实践中,坚持以人民为中心要以人的需要为根据。一方面,立足需要的关系场域,处理好“人—物”“党—群”和“群—己”关系。另一方面,关注需要的终极目的性,以人民的幸福为党的使命担当,重视人民利益,尊重人民意愿,即是把“以人民为中心”的思想真正落到了实处。Adhering to the principle of"people-centred"is the basic value for guiding the Party and the people of all ethnic groups in building a great modern socialist country.Basic on the needs of the people,it is necessary to grasp not only its general characteristics,but also its new changes and features in the new era.The article argues that in practice,adherence to the"people centred"should be based on the needs of people.On the one hand,based on the needs of the relationship field,deal with the"people material","party-mass"and"mass-self"relation ship.On the other hand,to focus on the ultimate purpose of needs,to take the happiness of the people as the party's mission,to attach importance to the people's interests and to respect the peoples wishes,that is to say,to put the"People centred"concept into practice.
